This mission is aimed at giving pastors and leaders of congregations the ability to effectively care for, engage, manage and grow not just congregations as a whole, but healthy, energized and passionate individual members equipped for minstering to and supporting one another in a spirit of unity. Our vision is born out of modern hands-on ministry experience spanning more than five decades. Yes! Though we have all the basic features available for one low price, if you want to add any upgrades, customizations or digital signage features, you may do so from your SteepleMate church profile or by calling our customer support line directly.
Your subscription is active immediately. Upon subscribing, you are directed to the quick onboarding and set up guide for immediate use.
Yes. SteepleMate is designed for churches of all sizes and needs. The basic SteepleMate Software is designed to work as a stand-alone with add on features, digital signage, and custom features to enhance your system as desired for higher visibility and to serve larger membership needs.
Our skilled IT personnel routinely publish updates and maintenance releases of the software and system at no additional cost to you. As an active subscriber, you will always have access to the latest and greatest features and functionality.
Yes, your CMS will alert you when your subscription is due for renewal or payment.
Yes, you are welcome to call and speak to us directly or to subscribe online.
No. Customer support is included at no additional cost for the duration of your subscription.
Yes. All subscribers, small to large are assigned to an account manager for the duration of your subscription.
Shipping is determined based on the weight and shipping location. Shipping cost is added to your invoice or it may be billed directly to your UPS/Fedex account if you prefer. We do not add handling fees.
Monday - Friday 8:30 CST - 6 pm CST. For new digital signage customers, your account manager will be on call if needed during your initial setup to walk you through the usage and scheduling so that we can assure a successful launch.
No! Our basic features are included in our price. Any add-on features, custom features and/or digital signage options require a purchase and set-up prior to using.
