Privacy Policy

Pentesoft is aware that many visitors to its websites have real concerns for the potential misuse of their personal information. In this connection, any information provided by you will only be used by Pentesoft towards the personalization of your Internet experience with our firm or otherwise to facilitate services you have requested.

You are not required to register with, or provide information to Pentesoft in order to view some portions of our website. However, to obtain services from our firm or subscribe to certain portions of our website, you may be asked to provide items of personal information.

Typically, Pentesoft does not collect highly-sensitive information from customers or other individuals. We only collect such data when it has been offered by our customers voluntarily, knowingly and for specific purposes (such as responding to informational requests or providing services).

Pentesoft will not release your personal data to unaffiliated companies for commercial purposes unrelated to the business of Pentesoft. However, we may use such information to inform you of goods and services of Pentesoft and its affiliates that may interest you.

In respect of the delivery of certain services, we may sometimes share your personal information with a service partner under strict confidentiality conditions. Without your consent Pentesoft will not disclose any information about you to unaffiliated companies or organizations, unless: (i) required by law; (ii) necessary to provide a service or information that you have requested; (iii) in implementing our Terms of Service; or (iv) to protect the rights, property or personal safety of another member of the public or Pentesoft (or its customers).

We will not otherwise disclose your personal information to other companies outside of the organization to whom you share it as noted below without your explicit consent.

Pentesoft will only use your information strictly in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Be assured that Pentesoft and its affiliates recognize the trust you place in us when you give us personal information.

Access to Your Information

You may at any time determine the type of individual information of yours that we possess and may further change personal data that is inaccurate or dated. For such requests, please access your User Profile screen once you have logged in to the site.

Your information is viewable only by individuals and affiliated organizations authorized by the management of the organization with whom you share it. Your organization administrator is responsible for maintaining access controls that keep your information safe. They may be reached using the contact information found at the bottom of each screen in this application.

When you make payments on our websites or through our mobile applications, all of your order information, including your credit card number and/or bank account information, address, phone number, email and other information is transmitted through the Internet using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL technology causes your browser to encrypt your order information before transmitting it to our secure server. SSL technology, an industry standard, is designed to prevent someone other than operators of our websites from capturing and viewing your personal information. Furthermore, we do not store your account numbers outside of the vaulted storage of the payment provider; your account is referenced only by a token that carries no meaning outside of our systems.

While we use industry standard means to protect our websites and your information, the Internet is not 100% secure. The measures we use are appropriate for the type of information we collect. We cannot promise that your use of our websites or mobile applications will be completely safe. We encourage you to use caution when using the Internet. Online access to your personal information is protected with a password you select. We strongly recommend that you do not share your password and that you use unique passwords for all of your online accounts.

Text Messaging

As noted on our data input forms (paper and electronic), by providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive messages from the system. To opt out of messaging, reply to any message with the word "STOP". Your phone number will be removed immediately and you will receive no further text-based communications. To resume/re-opt-in, send the word "START".

Advertisements

Certain subscription plans may include advertisements to users of the system. These advertisements help to subsidize the cost of the service to you. We do not share your personal information with advertisers. When an advertiser is visited by a user clicking on a link, the user will be redirected to the advertiser's site, which is completely outside of our control. Please see the privacy policy of any third party site to obtain information about how they will gather and use your data.

Security

We will take all steps deemed reasonable by us to secure any personal information in our possession and to keep such data accurate and contemporary. Yet while we require our employees and service providers to respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by our firm, it is not possible to give absolute assurance that the information you provide to us will be secure at all times. Accordingly, Pentesoft will not be held responsible for incidents resulting from any unauthorized access to your personal information.

We use appropriate software to ensure the wellness and safety of this website, but does not warrant that this website or our digital correspondence with customers is free from harmful elements. Due to the rapid evolution of computer viruses and other Internet issues, we strongly suggest that you use anti-virus application software when accessing this website.
